15 Kg brickcoco coir
1Bagcomposted chicken manure
242 Lliving soil
130 Lworm castings
Instructions
slowly add water to the coco coir block to fully rehydrate it
1 5 Kg brick coco coir
mix all other ingredients into the coco coir with a pitchfork to endure a good mix
1 Bag composted chicken manure, 2 42 L living soil, 1 30 L worm castings
with a shovel, add mixed soil to your 10 gallon fabric pots

This mix is one which I started using to try and ensure that there was a good base of nutrients available for when I could not faithfully feed my plants.Sometimes when things get busy, you just cannot give your plants the attention they need.The other benefit to this simple mix is the fact that I get consistency every time I plant. There is no thought of my soil changing from one grow to the next.After my indoor grows are complete I put this soil aside and ammend it for use in my outdoor garden or put it into my special Compost Bin for old high end soils.
